Past Projects

A regional telephone membership co-op needed to implement Preseem’s QoE system, but their billing system did not have any capability to call webhooks, host a module, or even an API to work with. We identified a database table we could periodically scan, and used that to drive real-time updates in their EngineRoom Installs module data. EngineRoom Installs’ two-way integration with Preseem then took care of both provisioning and providing first-look quality metrics and topology data to support agents.

A customer using our EngineRoom system needed to view their sites and links data in ArcGIS pro. We used our GIS server to securely publish the layers they needed, as live data driven directly from their EngineRoom Infrastructure module. Updates from engineering or plant work are now immediately reflected in management’s spatial planning tools.

When IPPay moved to full tokenization of credit card details, ISPs using the WHMCS billing system had no compatible payment gateway module. We built the needed module including an auto-migrate feature, and worked with IPPay to get it validated and approved. IPPay then referred ISPs to us for implementation.
